我们的研究从磅礴的历史出发，逐步对焦⼆⼗世纪以来的百⼦亭区域变迁，从中发现的闪烁光点令⼈欣喜：《⾸都计划》、⼭⽔意境、建筑风貌、笔墨丹青……在众多的线索中，我们将策展汇集在“城林”、“建筑”、“⽂化”三个层⾯，并在研究成果之中融⼊李青、戴陈连、严怿波三位艺术家独特⽽观照在地性的作品，将调研和⽂献与艺术创作互⽂，从⽽构成⼀场深⼊浅出的精巧展览——《聚落新⽣》。
Our research starts from the majestic history, and gradually focuses on the changes of the Baiziting area since the 20th century. The flickering light spots we found are delightful: "Capital Plan", artistic conception of mountains and rivers, architectural style, ink painting... Among the many clues, we put together the curation at the three levels of "city forest", "architecture" and "culture", and integrated the unique works of three artists, Li Qing, Dai Chenlian and Yan Yibo, into the research results. Taking into account the local works, the research and literature are intertextualized with artistic creation, thus forming an exquisite exhibition that can be explained in simple terms——"New Life in Settlement".
在设计上，既要清晰表达所有内容，又不能让观众感到过大的阅读压力，我们在找寻二者的平衡点。“山水城林”是南京诸多代言词中非常到位的一个，而百子亭地块，北有山水城林，南有洋房聚落。瑞安房地产在百子亭的城市更新，也意味着这里的“聚落新生”。
In terms of design, it is necessary to clearly express all content without making the audience feel too much reading pressure. We are looking for a balance between the two. "Shanshuichenglin" is one of the many endorsements in Nanjing, and the Baiziting plot has a landscaped city forest in the north and a foreign-style house settlement in the south. The urban renewal of Shui On Land in Baiziting also means the "new settlement" here.
