As an important part of the comprehensive renovation of the company's headquarters, the BMW Museum is undergoing a dynamic and innovative design revolution. In this new design blueprint, the original unique architectural structure of the museum, that is, the appearance resembling a "bowl", will be preserved. However, at the same time, the surrounding parts will also be incorporated into the functional scope of the museum, injecting new possibilities into the museum.

This redefined design concept takes themed rooms as the core, aiming to bring visitors a distinctive exhibition experience. Visitors will be able to enter the theme room through the ramp, which implies the fluidity and sportiness that the BMW brand has always emphasized. After entering the themed room, visitors will be brought into a dynamic and creative space where they will feel the interweaving of time, history and technology through the ingenious connection between exhibition and experience locations.

This idea was realized through a redesign, inspired by the urban space experience of streets and houses, creating a feeling of being in the neighborhood, allowing visitors to interact more intimately with the exhibits.
