Accompanied by the aroma of chocolate, tourists embark on a journey of discovery. Sounds, smells, media and hands-on stations make them part of different scenarios. Each showroom has been individually designed to convey an aspect of the chocolate world in a sensual and informative way: first, visitors travel to a cocoa plantation in Ghana to learn everything there is about growing, harvesting, fermenting and drying cocoa beans - including quality ensure. The "History of Chocolate" room revolves around the 5,000-year history of chocolate, while the "Swiss Pioneers" room shows why Switzerland developed into the "Land of Chocolate". The time tunnel "From Past to Present" below shows the changes in Swiss chocolate production and sales from 1900 to 2000.

How does chocolate production work today? Visitors can experience this in the "production" room, which is reminiscent of the current factory. The dark room "Chocolate Universe" next door puts chocolate products in a global context. The "Chocolate Paradise" will then offer tastings of the world's most coveted Lindt products.

Finally, visitors cross a bridge through the building's foyer to the "Innovation Lab". This is a question about the future. The core is a real testing facility. Enhanced animation enables x-ray vision. A small bar of chocolate from the testing facility is a giveaway of the chocolate tour. It was housed in a golden ball and rolled across the marble runway before falling into the hands of tourists.
