山水新城，叠彩原色 I 桂林叠彩铁路旅游生态新城城市展厅

叠彩区位于桂林市北部，是桂林这个国际旅游名城的“北大门”。它位于漓江上游，地理位置得天独厚。叠彩区的定位是打造新型城市中心。为了实现这个目标，规划建设了叠彩铁路旅游生态新城，分为五大功能分区。同时，结合了宜业、宜居、宜文、宜游、宜景的复合式城市功能定位。通过叠彩区旧改与棚改项目、新城乡建设、文旅康养开发相结合，打造了一个兼顾生态宜居和市民休闲娱乐品质的活力新片区——叠彩生态旅游新城。

Diecai District is located in the north of Guilin City, and is the "North Gate" of Guilin, a famous international tourist city. It is located in the upper reaches of the Lijiang River, with a unique geographical location. The positioning of Diecai District is to create a new type of urban center. In order to achieve this goal, the Diecai Railway Tourism Ecological New City is planned and constructed, which is divided into five functional areas. At the same time, it combines the functional positioning of a compound city that is suitable for business, living, culture, tourism and scenery. Through the combination of Diecai District's old renovation and shed renovation projects, new urban and rural construction, and cultural tourism and health care development, a new dynamic area that takes into account both ecological livability and citizens' leisure and entertainment quality - Diecai Eco-tourism New City has been created.

旧城改造被视为城市整体发展生态的新动力，赋予了融合产业与城市发展的提升新使命。在城市新生态下，城市展厅也需要构建新价值。桂林叠彩铁路旅游生态新城的城市展厅以“山水新城，叠彩原色”为核心概念，将桂林山水人文与铁道社区记忆的经典符号内涵融入到规划蓝图展览中。展厅形成了属于这个城市的标志性的“视觉感官”和“精神共鸣”的城市“方言性”话语，以城市地方历史文化为核心，打造了兼具艺术、生活和教育功能的城市文化新客厅。

The transformation of the old city is regarded as a new impetus for the overall urban development ecology, endowed with a new mission of integrating industry and urban development. Under the new urban ecology, urban exhibition halls also need to build new value. The urban exhibition hall of Guilin Diecai Railway Tourism Ecological New City takes "Shanshui New City, Diecai Original Color" as the core concept, and integrates the classic symbolic connotation of Guilin landscape culture and railway community memory into the planning blueprint exhibition. The exhibition hall forms the urban "dialect" discourse of the city's iconic "visual sense" and "spiritual resonance". With the city's local history and culture as the core, it creates a new living room of urban culture that combines the functions of art, life and education.

叠彩生态旅游新城展厅最初是铁道部门的红砖厂房，安静地守护在群山和丛林的环绕下。两道错垒砌成的红砖矮墙沿着步道，将绿意收纳在两旁，给人以自然生机盎然的仪式感，引领造访者走向展厅入口。这座建筑融合了自然环境与人文历史，展现出桂林城市地方特色，成为了叠彩生态旅游新城的一道靓丽风景线。

The exhibition hall of Diecai Eco-tourism New City was originally a red brick factory building of the railway department, quietly guarded by mountains and jungles. Two staggered red brick low walls are along the walkway, storing greenery on both sides, giving people a sense of natural vitality and ritual, and leading visitors to the entrance of the exhibition hall. This building combines the natural environment and human history, showing the local characteristics of Guilin city, and has become a beautiful landscape of Diecai Eco-tourism New Town.

展厅周围环绕着连绵的山峦，这些山峦的形象被提炼出来，形成了展厅入口处的山形屏风，赋予了移步间通而不透的变化视感。展厅的原始建筑保留了龙门钢架结构，灯光沿着纯白色的顶面布局，照亮了厂房的结构之美。这座建筑的设计与环境融合得非常完美，呈现出一种独特的自然与人造之间的和谐，为叠彩生态旅游新城增添了无限魅力。

The exhibition hall is surrounded by continuous mountains, and the images of these mountains are extracted to form a mountain-shaped screen at the entrance of the exhibition hall, endowing it with a sense of change between steps. The original building of the exhibition hall retains the gantry steel frame structure, and the lights are arranged along the pure white top surface, illuminating the structural beauty of the factory building. The design of this building is perfectly integrated with the environment, presenting a unique harmony between nature and man-made, adding infinite charm to Diecai Eco-tourism New City.

展厅内的墙壁是剥脱处理后的红砖，未经过粉饰，保留了岁月磨砺的粗糙感。吊装展板的组件设计灵感来自于厂房原有的滑轮设备，继承老物件的功能，同时将铁路中常见的元素如工字型轨道、枕木、碎石、铆钉等融入展墙与沙盘的设计细节中，呼应场地记忆的更新。空间端侧利用厂房建筑的高层优势搭建了VR体验室，上方的平台则是开放式茶座，连接着办公空间，让人可以在开阔的视野中享受到宁静的氛围。

The walls in the exhibition hall are red bricks after peeling treatment, without whitewashing, retaining the rough feeling honed by the years. The component design of the hoisting exhibition board is inspired by the original pulley equipment of the factory building, inheriting the functions of the old objects, and at the same time incorporating common elements in the railway such as I-shaped tracks, sleepers, gravel, rivets, etc. into the design details of the exhibition wall and sand table, echoing the renewal of the site memory. The side and side of the space take advantage of the high-level advantages of the factory building to build a VR experience room, and the platform above is an open teahouse, which is connected to the office space, allowing people to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a wide view.

叠彩铁路旅游生态新城城市展厅通过破旧立新的设计理念，将城市空间的物理载体与传统文化巧妙地融合，打造出一个集现代主义与传统文化于一体的空间。在地文化得到了充分的重视和置入，经过重译后更加融合现代社会，创造出了文化扬播与生活体验的共同价值。这个城市展厅让人们感受到了传统文化与现代社会的无缝连接，展现了一种全新的文化体验。

The urban exhibition hall of Diecai Railway Tourism Ecological New Town cleverly integrates the physical carrier of urban space with traditional culture through the design concept of destroying the old and establishing the new, creating a space that integrates modernism and traditional culture. Local culture has been fully valued and embedded, and after retranslation, it is more integrated with modern society, creating a common value of cultural propagation and life experience. This urban exhibition hall makes people feel the seamless connection between traditional culture and modern society, showing a brand new cultural experience.
