佳士得全新亚太区总部的空间布局匠心独运，不仅兼顾策展和运营功能，还有效增强与客户间的互动连结。设计师把主要接待处、艺廊和拍卖厅等面向公众的区域设于六楼和七楼；八楼设有客户专属空间，包括休息区、私人观赏区和全新艺术图书馆，部分楼层为办公区域，员工专区则安排在九楼，在六楼至八楼之间有一道特色楼梯贯穿其中，作为内部连接·方便艺廊、拍卖活动与客户专区之间的流动；楼梯间的弧形白色墙面上缀有特别设计的发光玻璃橱窗，用以聚焦展示重要的小型珍品。位于八楼和九楼的员工区域融汇了佳士得的「One Team 」理念，设计成开放式的工作空间。

The spatial layout of Christie's new Asia Pacific headquarters is ingeniously designed, not only balancing curation and operational functions, but also effectively enhancing interaction and connection with customers. The designer has set up public facing areas such as the main reception area, art gallery, and auction hall on the sixth and seventh floors; On the eighth floor, there is a customer exclusive space, including a rest area, a private viewing area, and a brand new art library. Some floors are office areas, while the staff area is arranged on the ninth floor. There is a special staircase running through it between the sixth and eighth floors, which serves as an internal connection and facilitates the flow between the art gallery, auction activities, and the customer area; The curved white walls of the stairwell are adorned with specially designed illuminated glass display windows to focus on showcasing important small treasures. The employee areas located on the eighth and ninth floors incorporate Christie's "One Team" concept and are designed as open workspaces.

分工各异而相邻的小组围绕「广场(piazzas )」布局,「广场」设有会议室、电话亭以及休闲、用餐和工作等共享设施。这些「广场」的设置不但能促进团队间的交流合作，亦有助提升员工的健康福祉；而专属的便利空间，例如休息区和母婴室，则进一步保障了佳士得团队的健康和舒适。

典型的艺廊或博物馆一年仅举办 2 至 3 场展览，与这种模式不同，佳士得需要一个可灵活多变的空间，以达到其全年举办十多场不同展览和活动的需要。COLLECTIVE 设计方案的核心在于其创新规划的空间转换策略，此策略利用一系列大型电动墙体，达到轻松转换六楼和七楼艺廊的空间布局。安装在地板上的电动墙体，部分宽度超过 14 米，可以放置在房间的两端让整个空间保持开放；或沿着轨道移动，根据展览的需求将空间划分为不同的小型艺廊；与之相辅相成的是悬挂在天花板的滑动墙体，与地面墙体垂直运行，按不同场景要求，可灵活实现多种空间配置。这个活动墙体系统策略可以大大减低展览制作在建造材料上的浪费，并且通过减少搭建和拆除临时墙体，缩短了更换展览的时间。

Unlike a typical art gallery or museum that only holds 2 to 3 exhibitions per year, Christie's requires a flexible and adaptable space to accommodate over ten different exhibitions and events throughout the year. The core of the COLOR design scheme lies in its innovative spatial transformation strategy, which utilizes a series of large electric walls to easily transform the spatial layout of the sixth and seventh floor art galleries. Electric walls installed on the floor, some of which are over 14 meters wide, can be placed at both ends of the room to keep the entire space open; Or move along the track and divide the space into different small art galleries according to the needs of the exhibition; Complementing it is a sliding wall suspended from the ceiling, which runs perpendicular to the ground wall and can flexibly achieve various spatial configurations according to different scene requirements. This activity wall system strategy can greatly reduce the waste of construction materials in exhibition production, and shorten the time for replacing exhibitions by reducing the construction and demolition of temporary walls.

位于七楼的艺廊也设有多块大型电动墙体，同时也有一套可以随意隐藏或展开的多功能影音系统，此系统包括大型可收藏活动式 LEL屏幕、悬挂在天花板的下拉式视频摄像头以及多排舞台灯光吊杆，让艺廊可以轻松切换成最先进的直播拍卖厅，最多可同时容纳 250 位宾客。这种设计为空间提供了灵活独特的适应性，以有效地支持佳士得全年无间隙的活动安排，能在确保提升客户和访客体验的同时，最大化地降低活动转换的时间成本。

The art gallery located on the seventh floor also features multiple large electric walls and a multifunctional audio-visual system that can be hidden or unfolded at will. This system includes a large collectible activity LEL screen, a pull-down video camera suspended from the ceiling, and multiple rows of stage lighting booms, allowing the gallery to easily switch to the most advanced live auction hall, accommodating up to 250 guests at the same time. This design provides flexible and unique adaptability to the space, effectively supporting Christie's year-round seamless event arrangements, while ensuring an enhanced customer and visitor experience while minimizing the time cost of event transitions.

该新总部在设计上秉承可持续发展的理念，力争获得 LEED 铂金认证。创新的活动墙体系统大幅减少了建筑废料的产生，可回收的铝材以及天然的木材、石材等材料的广泛应用，则充分体现了项目对环保和耐久性的重视。同时，自动照明和智能建筑控制系统的引入，有效提升了空间的整体能源效率。

The new headquarters adheres to the concept of sustainable development in its design and strives to obtain LEED Platinum certification. The innovative activity wall system significantly reduces the generation of construction waste, and the widespread use of recyclable aluminum and natural materials such as wood and stone fully reflects the project's emphasis on environmental protection and durability. At the same time, the introduction of automatic lighting and intelligent building control systems has effectively improved the overall energy efficiency of the space.
