项目位于云南省昆明市盘龙区张官营路滨江俊园片区。这片区域曾经是张官营村及张官营旧货市场所在地，是昆明二环内最大的城中村之一。如今，经过城中村改造，滨江俊园已经转变为一个以居住为主的大规模城市住宅区。周边环境繁华，不仅有几个大型城市综合体，还有数所中小学和商务办公区，吸引了大量年轻消费人群。这个区域的消费水平可支撑打造一个全新体验的咖啡馆，为周边居民和办公区的人们提供优质的休闲场所。

The project is located in the Binjiang Junyuan area of Zhangguanying Road, Panlong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. This area was once the location of Zhangguanying Village and Zhangguanying Used Goods Market, and is one of the largest urban villages within the second ring road of Kunming. Nowadays, after the transformation of urban villages, Binjiang Junyuan has been transformed into a large-scale urban residential area mainly focused on residential areas. The surrounding environment is bustling, with not only several large urban complexes, but also several primary and secondary schools and business office areas, attracting a large number of young consumers. The consumption level of this area can support the creation of a brand new coffee shop, providing high-quality leisure space for surrounding residents and office workers.

项目位于公寓底层临街商业，之前是一家美容院。虽然从区位来看，并不是一个理想的城市咖啡馆位置，但业主有信心通过精心设计和网络营销，吸引足够的人流量。这种创新的策略可能会为咖啡馆带来更多的关注和顾客，为该区域注入新的活力。

The project is located on the ground floor of the apartment facing the street commercial area, previously a beauty salon. Although it may not be an ideal location for a city caf é in terms of location, homeowners are confident in attracting sufficient foot traffic through careful design and online marketing. This innovative strategy may bring more attention and customers to the coffee shop, injecting new vitality into the area.

这种以"深海"为概念出发点的设计思路十分独特而有深度。透过这种思考方式，设计师不再局限于传统的蓝色海洋风格，而是通过更深层次的原理来构想空间。拆除吊顶，让涂料成为“天空”，象征着海洋的蓝色。而下方空间的材料选择则以反射性和透明性为主，比如镜面、金属、亚克力、塑料等，以巧妙的方式表现出海水的隐晦和委婉。这种设计不仅展现了深海的神秘与壮丽，同时也使得空间充满了深度和层次感，给顾客带来独特的视觉体验，令人耳目一新。

This design concept based on the concept of "deep sea" is very unique and profound. Through this way of thinking, designers are no longer limited to the traditional blue ocean style, but conceptualize space through deeper principles. Remove the ceiling and turn the paint into the "sky", symbolizing the blue of the ocean. The material selection in the lower space is mainly reflective and transparent, such as mirror, metal, acrylic, plastic, etc., cleverly expressing the obscurity and euphemism of seawater. This design not only showcases the mystery and grandeur of the deep sea, but also fills the space with depth and depth, bringing customers a unique visual experience that is refreshing.

在一层和二层的主要就餐区设计上，以蓝色顶面作为空间的基本色调，其余空间则采用多种材质和做法来营造出波光粼粼的海面效果。这些材质包括不透明材质、镜面反射、金属材质反射、半透明材质、材质漫反射以及透明家具等。通过这些材质的精妙搭配和处理，让整个空间仿佛置身于波光粼粼的海面之上，为顾客带来一种身临其境的视觉体验。因此，材质的选择和处理成为这个设计的核心技术要素，决定着空间效果的营造和观感的呈现。

In the design of the main dining areas on the first and second floors, the blue ceiling is used as the basic color tone of the space, while various materials and methods are used to create a sparkling sea surface effect in the remaining spaces. These materials include opaque materials, specular reflections, metallic reflections, semi transparent materials, material diffuse reflections, and transparent furniture. Through the exquisite combination and processing of these materials, the entire space feels as if it is situated on the sparkling sea surface, bringing customers an immersive visual experience. Therefore, the selection and processing of materials have become the core technical elements of this design, determining the creation of spatial effects and the presentation of aesthetics.

在不透明材质方面，白墙采用了常见的乳胶漆，而地面则使用略带反射效果的白色环氧树脂，这两者相互呼应，营造出明亮而舒适的氛围。反射面材质选择了金属拉丝铝板，用于处理材质交接处的封边、踢脚线、吧台等特殊属性构件，增添了空间的质感和层次感。在半透明材质方面，设计初期考虑在外窗玻璃上使用玻璃贴膜，并计划在楼梯空间部分采用半透明阳光板，以突显空间的通透感，同时保持一定的私密性。这些材质的选择和运用有助于打造出深海般的光影效果，为顾客带来独特的用餐体验。

In terms of opaque materials, the white walls are coated with common latex paint, while the ground is coated with white epoxy resin with a slightly reflective effect. These two complement each other, creating a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The reflective surface material is selected as metal brushed aluminum plate, which is used to handle special property components such as edge banding, skirting, and bar counter at material junctions, adding texture and layering to the space. In terms of semi transparent materials, the initial design considered using glass film on the exterior window glass, and planned to use semi transparent sunboards in the staircase space to highlight the transparency of the space while maintaining a certain degree of privacy. The selection and application of these materials help create a deep sea like light and shadow effect, bringing customers a unique dining experience.

在镜面材质方面，大面积采用玻璃镜面，增加了空间的延伸感和开阔性。镜面安装通过多层板固定在墙面，而镜面外边框则隐藏了LED灯带，创造出镜面悬浮在空中的效果。设计中包括普通的灰镜以及为了强调反射效果而采用的蓝镜。楼梯空间的大面积镜面配合不同地方的光源，以及蓝色顶面不同层次的漫反射，营造出一种梦幻的效果。这种设计使得空间充满变幻和神秘感，为顾客带来与众不同的用餐体验。

In terms of mirror material, glass mirrors are widely used, which increases the sense of extension and openness of the space. Mirror installation is fixed to the wall through multiple layers of panels, while the outer frame of the mirror hides LED light strips, creating the effect of the mirror suspended in the air. The design includes ordinary gray mirrors and blue mirrors used to emphasize reflection effects. The large mirror surface of the staircase space, combined with different light sources in different places, and the diffuse reflection of different levels on the blue top surface, create a dreamy effect. This design makes the space full of changes and mystery, bringing customers a unique dining experience.

除了以上提到的材质运用，室内还大量采用了透明家具，包括亚克力、充气塑料和玻璃制品，使得整个空间统一地呈现出深海的波光闪烁和透明感。这种创新型咖啡馆不受传统定义所束缚，不仅提供传统咖啡馆的功能，还是一个集餐饮、展览、观影、聚会、交流为一体的小型社交空间。在这里，各种意想得到和意想不到的事情都可能发生，空间的使用具有很大的灵活性和不确定性。因此，在空间属性上，我们没有给出明确的定义，而是希望通过这种创新空间的营造，为当下都市年轻人提供一个充满活力的聚集地。

In addition to the material application mentioned above, a large amount of transparent furniture, including acrylic, inflatable plastic, and glass products, is also used indoors, making the entire space uniformly present the shimmering and transparent feeling of the deep sea. This innovative coffee shop is not bound by traditional definitions, not only providing the functions of traditional coffee shops, but also a small social space that integrates dining, exhibitions, watching movies, gatherings, and communication. Here, all kinds of unexpected and unexpected things can happen, and the use of space has great flexibility and uncertainty. Therefore, in terms of spatial attributes, we have not provided a clear definition, but rather hope to provide a vibrant gathering place for young urban people through the creation of this innovative space.
